What is working?

I assure myself healthy. Specially worked for my nutrition, exercise and resting. I have eating healthy, drinking plenty of warm water, taking necessary vitamins and minerals. I do a hour exercise, 30 minutes meditation and stretching my body when I'm day off. Also, ensure I have sleeping 8 hours and hot bath to relax my body stress.
