Stress relief

A few tips that help relieve stress. Laughter can truly be the best medicine. I enjoy watching 30 minute sitcoms for 1 episode before I go to bed. Take time for yourself and leave work behind you. Glad to go to work and glad to go home.

That's a good approach -- glad to go to work, glad to go home. Not everyone is that good at leaving work at work. Any advice on how to do that?
