Resilience in Nursing School

Although, the pandamic has been a major problem, I have found a way to manage as a student. One thing I have learned in life is that one must learn how to adjust to situations that are beyond their control. This applies in nursing and other areas of life. When the pandamic first happen and I had to stay home and not be in a classroom setting it was hard. After a while I learned to used the time that I would be commuting from my home (which is about 40 mins away) to studying and learning. I am glad that am able to have clinicals at the hospital site and use my skills that I am learning in the didactic setting.

Hi Bronson:

Thanks for joining our conversation. We're hoping to figure out ways to help nursing students and new nurses be more resilient. Did you have to figure that out on your own? Or did you get help from your instructors. If not, is there something more you think they might do to help nursing students in the future?
