Nursing student

The strategies for resilience I used during the pandemic are staying optimistic and focused. I had more time for routine workouts, walks outside, and good sleep. It helped me to stay in regimen, and this strategy might help me as a nurse in the future. The skill of enjoying little things is a great coping strategy during unprecedented times.

Hi Olessya:
Thanks for joining our conversation. It sounds like you have things pretty well under control. That's really commendable, especially right now! Have you always had that optimistic approach? Or did you develop it during the pandemic? Is there anything during school that helped you be more resilient?
