I think what keeps me resilient is that I have always felt that I have a purpose. Deep down, this comes from my faith. Some may call it karma, but I believe that every moment, every situation serves a purpose. Things that keep me resilient are simple - the sun, the rain, a good cup of coffee, my husband, my friends, my family, my dog, my cat. The joy in simple things and feeling grateful that I can experience them.
