What keeps me grounded is a daily gratitude journal, walking, prayer, and hydration. I am inspired by hearing other's recognition of gratitude and the acknowledgement that while we are not our best selves right now , we are striving to do our best.

Thanks for joining our conversation. I love the idea of a gratitude journal. I always think about doing that but I've never actually started. How did you get started?
